This fully-furnished, lower level 2 bedroom/1 bathroom condo is a quiet, multiple-unit condominium complex with a perfect location - South of San Pedro town center. The property is close enough to walk to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. 2 well-stocked grocery stores are about a block from the property.

There is a medium-sized kitchen and one medium-sized bathroom. The two bedrooms are spacious and both have a brand-new King bed. Each bedroom offers a big closet for storage room. There is a door next to the kitchen that offers access to a utility room with a small storage space and a washer/dryer.  

The kitchen offers all appliances – refrigerator, stove, coffeemaker, blender and microwave.  The kitchen, dining and living area are all open to each other.  All rooms have a split Air conditioner unit.

The condo rents with all small kitchen appliances, cookware, glassware, dishware, television, towels and bed linens.  Cable TV and internet services are installed, the tenant can choose a preferred plan with payments made directly to CCV. The bedrooms and main living area have individual air conditioning units and ceiling fans. All the floors are tiled.  The property is fenced with a locked gate in the evenings and overnight

The outdoor area offers a communal outdoor kitchen and swimming pool. 

A real bonus with this rental is that the unit is not for sale so there’s no need to worry about real estate showings or having to move mid-lease.


Minimum 6-month lease agreement required, preferably one-year lease with option to extend.


Currently Rented through Feb 28, 2023 with tenant having the first right of renewal.

Rent $950 USD/month

Water $15 USD / Electric depending on usage

Internet & Cable depending on chosen plan 

Security Deposit $1,100 USD due upon lease signing


This unit is a long-term rental unit. 

Only the following individuals can engage in Residential (Long Term) Rentals, which is governed by the Landlord & Tenant Act. 

  • Belizean Resident (Citizens) who rents/leases a place to live in. 

  • Foreigners who have obtained Permanent Residency and rents/leases a place to live in. 

  • Foreigners who have obtained QRP Status and rents/leases a place to live in. 

  • Foreign workers who have valid work permits and rents/leases a place to live in. (Diplomats, Ambassadors, etc.) 

  • Foreign students who have valid student visas and rents/leases a place.

  • Foreigners who have business interest in Belize (work or cooperation agreement)

  • Foreigners who own property in Belize. 

If it’s a regular tourist who reports to Immigration Department every month to get their Tourist Visa extended. They are required to stay in a property that is registered by BTB (notwithstanding the length of stay) and Taxes are to be declared on their behalf.
